Function listPdfs

listPdfs(
vault: Vault,
args: { folder?: string; limit?: number },
): Promise<PdfSummary[]>
List .pdf files in the vault — companion to listCanvases / listNotes.

PDFs are the #1 non-markdown content kind in real research vaults. Same privacy filter (--exclude-glob / --read-paths) applies. Returns lightweight metadata only — for full text extraction call readPdf. Unreadable PDFs stay in the listing with the walker's sizeBytes (or 0 when a synthetic FileEntry omitted it). The listing does not open files.
Parameters
- vault: Vault
  The vault.
- args: { folder?: string; limit?: number }
  All optional. folder restricts the scan. limit defaults to 100.
Returns Promise<PdfSummary[]>
A PdfSummary array sorted by mtime desc.
Throws
If folder resolves outside the vault.
